Since implementation of the drug disposal program in 2013, over 6,000 pounds of medications have been incinerated. Chemotherapy medications & sharps/needles/Epi-pens cannot be accepted (see below for Sharps Disposal Instructions).We accept prescription pills, capsules, ointments, vitamins, liquids in their original containers, inhalers & patches.Check in at the front desk for instructions.The office is open during public business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).The Sheriff’s Office provides citizens with a free, environmentally safe, and convenient way to dispose of medications from their homes, reducing the possibility of accidental or intentional misuse and/or theft. The annual Fabulous Fakes exhibit in April provides an opportunity for artists to create their own fun versions of master works which are exhibited in a variety of gallery venues. Our experienced instructors are experts in their fields, and limits on class size permit ample individual attention to students. Field trips to museums and special exhibits are scheduled to a variety of venues.Īdult classes and workshops, open to the public, are offered in a variety of two- and three-dimensional media.
